RETURNS

If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.

 

Proof of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase.

Return Process

To begin initiating a return, within 30 calendar days of delivery, you MUST reach out to our customer support team at help@ilovekittys.com to confirm the return. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address from which it was shipped.

Any return without the confirmation will be void.

IMPORTANT: Please contact us before making a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you via email when we process your refund. 

Once you received the email from us, you will get your refund within 7 business days to either your credit card or paypal account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Received a defective item or your order got damaged in transit? 
We’ve got you covered. No need to return the damaged product! Please email us at help@ilovekittys.com with a photo or a short video of the defective item.

Any damaged or defective items must be reported to us within 2 days of your package delivery date.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company. 

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
