Shipping policy

United States shipping

We offer free shipping on US orders, with no minimum purchase.

Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days. This includes an estimated 2–3 business days for processing and 2–5 business days in transit.

Our estimates use a 12:00 noon Central Time order cutoff, Monday through Friday. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends, or on US public holidays are counted from the next business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of supplier processing or carrier delays.

Fulfillment and tracking

Our current TopDawg products are fulfilled by US-based suppliers. Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. You will receive shipment confirmation and tracking information when your items ship. You can also track your order here.

International customers

Shipping availability depends on the product and destination. Available options, rates, and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Order changes and delivery questions

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. If you need to request a correction or cancellation, contact us promptly. Orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be changed or cancelled. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be resent because an incorrect address was provided.
