If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund within 30 calendar days of delivery.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us for return approval and shipping instructions before sending your item back.

Approved returns must arrive within 14 days of authorization.

Return Shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

We recommend using a tracked service.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please report visible damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery.

For shipping damage, include photos of the item and shipping box. Damaged items don’t need to be returned.

For faulty or incorrect items, contact us before sending anything back.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive your return, unless no return is required.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
