Processing and delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Tracking and multiple packages
You can track a shipped order through our order-tracking page. Products may ship directly from different supplier warehouses, so a multi-item order can arrive in separate packages.
Address changes and cancellations
Please review your shipping address before ordering. Contact us promptly if it needs to be corrected. Orders can be cancelled only before processing and shipment begin. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
